As of September 1st, 2024 3plains will no longer be supporting Rackspace
email services. Email has become over complicated in the past few years
due to the abundance of spam and other factors. We feel it is best for
our clients to transition to a professional email provider, who can
provide quality support services.
theXYZ will be the company that will handle
your Rackspace email services after September 1st, 2024. We have worked
with theXYZ for a number of years and they are very knowledgeable in all
aspects of email services and supporting email clients.
What you need to know:
- Billing - As of September 1st, 2024 you will no longer be billed for
email services by 3plains. You will receive a setup email from the
theXYZ and will need to update a credit card with them to set up
your new billing. Details will be emailed to you and look like the
email screenshot below.
- Pricing - By default you will be set up with monthly billing.
Mailboxes will be billed at $2.95 per month.
- Credits - If you are currently on annual billing with 3plains you
will be issued a credit for months you have prepaid within 30 days.
